The first step is simple—reach out! Whether it’s via email, phone, or our website, I’ll be here to answer any questions you have and help you get started.

2. Free 15-Minute Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to help you decide if I’m the right therapist for you. This is a chance for us to chat about what’s been going on for you, what you’re looking for in therapy, and how I might be able to help.

3. Book Your First Session

If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session at a time that works for you. You’ll receive all the information you need about what to expect and how to prepare.

4. Full Psychological Assessment and Formulation

In your first session, we’ll take some time to explore your concerns in more depth. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, challenges, and what you’d like to achieve through therapy. Together, we’ll create a clear understanding of what’s going on and why.

5. Agree on a Plan Moving Forward

After our assessment, we’ll discuss a tailored plan for your therapy including how many session you might expect to have. This plan will outline the steps we’ll take together to help you achieve your goals, and we’ll make sure it’s something you feel comfortable and confident with.

6. Begin Treatment

With your plan in place, we’ll start working on the things that matter most to you. Using evidence-based techniques, I’ll guide you through tools and strategies to help you feel more in control and make meaningful progress.

7. Completion

Therapy isn’t meant to last forever. When you feel ready and equipped to move forward on your own, we’ll wrap up our work together. We’ll reflect on how far you’ve come, and you’ll leave with a toolkit of strategies to support you in the future.
